2026 年 3 月 13 日,我校举行 2025-2026 学年度第二学期外教大会。在 “和而不同” 的外教管理文化基础上,本次大会以 “精进与突破” 为主题,汇聚中外教师力量,共话教学发展与融合协作。
On March 13, 2026, 21CS held the Foreign Teacher Conference for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. Rooted in the philosophy of "Harmony in Diversity", the conference focused on the theme of "Refinement & Breakthrough", bringing together Chinese and foreign teachers to share insights on teaching development and collaborative growth.




Key Work Priorities: Paths to Refinement and Breakthrough

小学部英语团队以 “Dream Team” 为主题,展示了 “从教到学” 的实践成果。团队通过集体教研、学情分析持续优化教学,在活动课与社团活动中鼓励学生自主创作,多项赛事与活动成效显著。未来将聚焦学生激励与积极学习环境建设,升级 Global Kids Club 并联动烹饪课程,同时助力教师备战 “锡华杯” 教学比赛。
The Primary English Team, with the theme of "Dream Team", presented its practical achievements in shifting from "teaching-centered" to "learning-centered" education. Through collective research and student progress analysis, the team has continuously optimized its teaching methods. It encourages students to engage in independent creation in activity classes and clubs, and remarkable results have been achieved in various competitions and events. Going forward, the team will focus on student motivation and construction of a positive learning environment, upgrade the Global Kids Club in conjunction with cooking lessons, and support teachers in preparing for the "Xihua Cup" Teaching Competition.
初中部 E 智慧诊断数据持续上升,其中 “受学生喜爱程度” 与 “课堂效果” 增幅最大。在教学创新方面,项目式学习与多模态教学让学生从被动接受转向主动参与;学生成就档案则让每一个孩子被看见、被肯定。本学期教研组将聚焦 5E 教学模式和学科活动,继续提升学生的学习体验。
As shown by E-wise diagnostic data, the junior high school department has achieved consistent growth across all metrics, with the biggest jumps in “student likability” and “classroom effectiveness.” In terms of teaching innovations, project-based learning and multimodal instruction have transformed students from passive listeners into active participants, while student achievement portfolios make every student feel seen and valued. This semester, the teaching team will focus on the 5E teaching model and subject-based activities to continue enhancing the students’ learning experience.
高中部围绕 “成果导向”,深化教研体系建设,由平稳运行迈向系统突破。通过学术阅读、研究写作与表达能力课程,强化尖子生培养;从高一起前置研究意识与写作跟踪,打通学段壁垒,提升人才培养效率。新学期,高中部推进 “从教到学” 课堂转型,实施四大举措:高阶课堂深化学习者中心、跨年级社团与辅导强化师生交流、中外教联合教研、双语大纲提升透明度。以学术严谨与人文关怀并重,将核心能力转化为升学成果,赋能未来全球领导者。
The High School Team is advancing its teaching and research system with a “results-oriented” approach, driving the team from steady operation to systematic breakthroughs. By offering courses on academic reading, research writing, and presentation skills, the division strengthens the cultivation of top-performing students. Starting from Grade 10, research awareness and writing development are introduced early, bridging gaps across grade levels and enhancing talent development efficiency. This new semester, the High School Division is promoting a shift from "teaching-centered" to "learning-centered" education through four key initiatives: deepening learner-centered advanced classes, expanding cross-grade clubs and advisory sessions to strengthen teacher-student interaction, enhancing collaborative research between Chinese and foreign teachers, and implementing bilingual syllabi for greater transparency. Balancing academic rigor with humanistic care, these efforts aim to translate students' core competencies into academic success and empower the next generation of global leaders.


Diagnosis Review: Extracting Breakthroughs from Experience

Alyssa 老师分享核心教学心得,强调以清晰课堂结构、分层次支持、明确语言目标和丰富活动为备课核心,通过游戏互动激发学生参与热情,营造积极课堂氛围,更注重鼓励学生努力、庆祝每一步进步,构建支持性学习环境,真正让学生成为自身学习的主人。
Ms. Alyssa shared her core teaching insights, emphasizing that a clear classroom structure, differentiated support, specific language objectives and diverse activities are the foundation of her lesson preparation. She uses games and interactive activities to stimulate students’ enthusiasm and create positive classroom atmosphere, while placing great importance on encouraging students' effort and celebrating every progress to build a supportive learning environment, truly empowering students to take ownership of their own learning.
Denton 老师分享个性化教学经验,以日常小互动建立真诚师生联结,认为真诚与乐趣是拉近师生关系的关键,同时坚持以学生为中心,设计多样化课堂活动,提升教学吸引力,为同行提供实用借鉴。
Mr. Denton shared his personalized teaching experience: he builds genuine teacher-student bonds through daily small interactions, believing sincerity and joy are the keys to bridging the teacher-student gap. He also adheres to a student-centered approach and designs diverse classroom activities to enhance teaching appeal, providing practical insights for peers.
Andrew 老师诊断平均分达 98.84–99.88,反映融洽师生关系与彼此信任。他营造安全包容课堂氛围,通过文化分享拓展国际视野,以清晰可达目标让每位学生获得参与感与成就感。未来将聚焦内容分层、项目式学习延伸及技能短板精准支持,持续优化教学。
Andrew achieved an average diagnostic score between 98.84 and 99.88, reflecting a strong rapport and mutual trust with his students. He fosters a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere, helps students broaden their horizons through cultural sharing, and ensures every student feels a sense of participation and achievement with clear and attainable goals. Moving forward, he will focus on content differentiation, expanding project-based learning, and providing targeted support for skill gaps to continuously improve the quality of his teaching.
Joseph 老师围绕 “学生参与三原则” 展开反思,强调教师集体效能感、学生安全感和有意义学习任务三者协同作用,可显著提升学生课堂参与度与学习深度。
Joseph reflected on the three principles of student engagement, emphasizing that collective teacher efficacy, student safety, and meaningful learning tasks can significantly enhance students' classroom participation and depth of learning.


Satisfaction Survey Feedback: Data-Driven Refinement

人事部姜博雅老师对本学期外教满意度调研结果进行反馈。本次问卷在设计与分析上实现多项突破:优化题目逻辑,可根据学部及作答情况显示差异化题目;更新并新增题目,使其更贴合现行服务项目与考核目标;升级分析方法,采用历年趋势对比与同年分学部分项分析相结合的模式。通过上述优化,可更精准定位问题根源及涉及学部,为外教服务管理团队提供更具针对性的反馈依据,助力制定精准有效的解决方案。
Jiang Boya from the HR department presented the results of the Foreign Teacher Satisfaction Survey for this semester. This survey introduced several breakthroughs in both design and analysis: question logic was optimized to automatically display differentiated questions based on divisions and respondents’ answers; questions were updated and newly added to better align with current service offerings and evaluation objectives; the analysis method was upgraded by integrating year-over-year trend analysis with cross-divisional comparative analysis for the same academic year. These enhancements enable more precise identification of root causes and the divisions involved, providing the foreign teacher service and management team with more targeted feedback to support the development of accurate and effective solutions.
IT Center: Technology Empowerment, Precise Response

针对外教反馈的校园网络及信号问题,信息中心负责人汇报六项优化措施:升级学校专线由 1G 扩容至 2G;每两周联动学部外教主管收集并解决电教、网络、VPN 问题;加强与运营商、VPN 厂商协作;编制电教及网络使用指南;梳理设备报修流程;建立问题全流程闭环机制,确保早发现、早处理。
In response to foreign teachers' feedback on campus network and signal issues, the director of the IT Center presented six specific improvement measures: upgrading the school's dedicated internet line from 1G to 2G; collecting and solving AV, network and VPN-related issues every two weeks with division supervisors; enhancing cooperation with operators and VPN providers; compiling an AV and network usage guide; streamlining equipment repair procedures; establishing a full-process closed-loop mechanism to ensure early detection and resolution.
General Affairs : Logistical Support, Service Enhancement

总务部王里君主任就外教关注的后勤问题进行解答并公布优化方案:优化食堂菜单与口味;简化设备报修流程、明确响应时间;加强校内公寓日常维护与巡检;规范水果、咖啡等物资供应。总务部将持续作为外教团队坚实后盾,为教学提供可靠保障。
Director Wang Lijun from the General Affairs Department responded to logistical concerns and announced a series of optimization plans: upgrading cafeteria menus and flavors; simplifying equipment repair procedures and clarifying response time; strengthening daily maintenance of on-campus apartments; standardizing the supply of fruits, coffee and other daily supplies. The General Affairs Department will continue to serve as a solid support for the foreign teacher team.


Principal's Address: Refinement as a Journey, Breakthroughs as Milestones!

范胜武校长在总结讲话中高度肯定外教团队在教学精进与融合协作方面的努力。他强调,“和而不同” 是文化底色,“精进与突破” 是前行动力。希望中外教师继续并肩同行,在专业成长中相互激发,在日常教学中持续创新,共同构建更具活力与温度的 21 世纪教师共同体。
Principal Fan Shengwu delivered the concluding speech, praising the foreign teacher team for their dedication to teaching improvement and integrated collaboration. He emphasized that "harmony in diversity" is the foundation of our culture, while "refinement and breakthrough" provides the driving force for progress. He expressed hope that Chinese and foreign teachers would continue to work side by side, inspiring each other in professional growth and innovating in daily teaching to build a more vibrant and warm 21st century community of educators.
